RESERVATION POLICY

- No charge made at the time of reservation: payment at check-out.
- Within 72 hours of arrival, the hotel may request a pre-authorization on the provided credit card number, which will be equivalent to the cost of one night.

CANCELLATIONS

- Cancellations must be notified by mail to: portoroca@portoroca.it
- Cancellations made from the day of reservation up to 7 days before the day of arrival: no penalty.

- Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival: the cost of 1 night will be charged upon the credit card number provided at the time of reservation.
- Cancellations made on the day of arrival or in case of no-show: the total amount of the cost of the stay will be charged upon the credit card number provided at the time of reservation.
- Not refundable reservation: total amount charged at the time of reservation, non-refundable in case of cancellation.

EARLY DEPARTURES

- If communicated at least 48 hours before the original departure date, there will be no penalty.
- If not communicated before the terms, the cost of an overnight stay will be charged upon the credit card number provided at the time of reservation.
- For reservations made through online portals, the hotel will eventually apply the fee requested by the online portal.
