Our Chef Fabio and his staff will delight you with homemade pasta, such as the traditional Pansoti con salsa di noci (half-moon shape ravioli, filled with local herbs, dressed with walnut sauce), or Trofie al pesto (dumpling with fresh-basil sauce), or with our signature dish Spaghetti Porto Roca (Spaghetti for two, with the finest seafood, as lobster, mussels, clams, king-prawns...).
You can't miss the local fish, or a delicious variety of seafood recipes, such as Zuppetta di cozze (Mussels soup with garlic croutons) or Creamed cod with red shrimp tartare and Pane Carasau chips.
The desserts, it is worth saying, will be the icing on the cake of your journey among the Ligurian flavors.
Our Maître Dario will assist you in choosing the best pairing for our specialties from a wide selection of local and Italian wines.
The restaurant La Terrazza welcomes both hotel guests and customers outside the hotel.
